Who are you, then?

Hi, I’m Gary and I’m the author and webmaster of gary.place.

What exactly is this website?

gary.place is a personal site and blog where I write in sometimes.

What do you write about?

I don’t have a specific topic I adhere to, but I mostly write about gaming, tech and personal stuff.

Why does this website exist?

I’ve had some form of personal website for more than ten years. First at blogger.com, but also a few on tumblr.com. I’ve always felt inclined to share my thoughts and stuff I’ve made online, and this place is an extension of that.

Why don’t you just post this stuff on [social network]?

I don’t like social media. I have accounts where I need them, but in general I don’t like posting there.

Anything else?

This website is written by hand for humans eyes, and I truly hope you find something that helps or entertains you here. If you do and want to chat about it, you can contact me and I will try to respond in a timely manner.
